How do I track my order?
You can track your order using our Track Your Order page. Simply enter your tracking number to view the latest updates on your shipment’s status.
What payment methods do you accept?

We do not accept personal checks, money orders, debit cards, or cash on delivery.
How secure is my online order?
Your security is our priority.
When you place an order using your credit card, your information is entered into a secure SSL-encrypted page. This encrypted data is sent directly to our payment processor where your transaction is authorized.
We do not store or have access to your credit card details.
When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours from the time your order is placed.
Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?
No. Promotion and discount codes cannot be combined, unless otherwise specified.
What do I do if items are missing from my order?
If any items are missing, please contact us right away and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Are there any exchange rates?
All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD).
If your card uses another currency, your bank or card issuer will calculate the final charge according to the exchange rate on the date they process the transaction.
How do I change or cancel my order?
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order after it is placed. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please note:
1. Any cancellation made after an order is placed will incur a 30% cancellation fee, even if only seconds have passed. This fee covers processing costs charged by our payment providers.
2. Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.
Please ensure your address is correct at checkout and avoid using temporary or vacation addresses, as customs or carrier delays may occur.
